FRAMO extruded acrylic glass XT sheets, cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable with high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, the acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dish soap; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning agents containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
