FRAMO Acrylicglass XT (extruded) sheets are cut to size and manufactured in industrial quality. The highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The material is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Optimal light transmission: ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear - Flexible and bendable, with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges - Suitable for drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing For transport protection, the acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultrathin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
