FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size and made to industrial quality standards. Highly transparent clear plastic glass, 4 mm thick, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The clear, glossy sheets provide high break resistance and are flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is produced using a complex extrusion process: acrylic granulate is heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Features at a glance: excellent light transmission; ultra-clear and colorless; flexible and bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides are covered with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to manufacturing, the finished cut has a tolerance of approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean with water only, adding a small amount of dish soap if necessary. Alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
