FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets are cut to size and made to industrial-quality standards. The highly transparent, colorless acrylic glass is 4 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are glossy, highly transparent, flexible, easy to shape, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets can be sawn, drilled, cut, glued, and printed, making them suitable for replacing heavy and expensive real glass. Acrylic XT is manufactured using an extrusion process in which acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. The material offers approximately 50% lower weight than real glass, is UV-resistant and non-yellowing for 2030 years, and provides clean sawn edges. Both sides are covered with a very thin transport-protection film; remove the film from both sides before use. Please note that the manufacturing-related cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Clean with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, or use plastic or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents such as acetone.
