FRAMO Acrylglas XT (extruded) acrylic sheet, cut to size in industrial quality. The highly transparent 4 mm plastic glass is available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, glued and printed, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless and completely clear - Flexible and bendable, with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weather and UV exposure - Yellowing-free for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges - Suitable for drilling, cutting, gluing and printing For transport protection, the acrylic sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to manufacturing, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean with water and, if necessary, a little dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
