FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets are cut to size and made in industrial quality. The highly transparent, colorless sheets are 4 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. They offer high resistance to aging and weathering, are UV-resistant, glossy, highly transparent, and resistant to breakage and impact. The sheets are flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, glued, cut, and printed, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Compared with real glass, they weigh approximately 50% less. The sheets are non-yellowing for 2030 years and provide clean sawn edges. They are manufactured using a complex extrusion process in which acrylic granulate is heated, melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Both sides are covered with a very thin transport protection film; remove the film from both sides before use. Please note that the production-related cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, or use plastic or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
