FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) sheets are custom-cut to size and made to industrial-quality standards. The highly transparent synthetic glass is 3 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The synthetic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and has high break resistance. The sheets are flexible, easy to shape, and therefore easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is produced using a complex extrusion process: acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear - Flexible or bendable, with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, the acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
