FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) is an industrial-quality acrylic sheet cut to your desired size. The highly transparent, colorless material is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy, flexible, easy to shape, and resistant to breakage. The sheets can be sawn, drilled, glued, cut, and printed, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy glass. Acrylic XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear - Flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weathering, and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges - Suitable for drilling, cutting, gluing, and printing For transport protection, the acrylic sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
