FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent, colorless and clear acrylic plastic with a thickness of 2 mm, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high aging and weather resistance, are glossy, flexible, easy to shape and highly break-resistant. The sheets can be sawn, drilled, glued, cut and printed, making them suitable for replacing heavier and more expensive real glass. Acrylic XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process in which acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. The sheets provide high light transmission, low weight compared with real glassapproximately 50% lighteraging, weather and UV resistance, and resistance to yellowing for 2030 years. Sawn edges are clean. Both sides are covered with a very thin transport-protection film, which should be removed before use. Please note that the production-related cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaners containing strong solvents such as acetone.
