Description

• The Sports Starter Set consists of the Level 2 and Level 4 bands from the Sven Kruse Easy Flossing Set.
• Important: The surface is not too smooth, which helps prevent slipping during application, while providing optimal stretch properties.
• The starter set relieves pain, reduces flexibility, increases performance, and supports regeneration.
• Important: Imported from Germany; combination bands are generally unsuitable for use as dental floss. The stretch behavior of the flossing bands must be specifically optimized for dental-floss use.

In cooperation with renowned sports physiotherapist Sven Kruse and based on his Easy Flossing concept, we developed these flossing bands with different resistance levels and three different widths. The bands are approximately 2 m long and are wrapped tightly and firmly around the body part or joint being treated. During use, the muscles are placed under pressure through various application methods. If possible, this is performed while actively and passively moving the injured limb. When the flossing band is removed, the fluid or blood congestion is released and the tissue is flushed through in one pass. Various models have been proposed to explain the exact effect; however, the source text is unclear regarding the scientific evidence. Why four different band strengths? The Easy Flossing Set consists of four flossing bands with different strengths. Their different resistance levels allow specific applications and differentiation between different tissue layers. Treatment series can be adjusted precisely to the required intensity, and the patient's individual tolerance limits can also be taken into account. Why three different widths? The four band strengths are available not only in the standard 5 cm width, but also in a narrow 2.5 cm version and a wide 7.5 cm version. This enables different applications for joints or body parts of different sizes, including hands, feet, knees, elbows, hips, and the rib cage. Depending on your needs, you can select individual flossing bands with specific resistance levels for specialized applications. If you want to cover a broad range, particularly when implementing Sven Kruse's flossing concept, we recommend the set with four different strengths. Warning: Do not use as dental floss. Use only as a compression flossing band for the body and joints. Avoid wrapping it too tightly to prevent injury or discomfort. Keep out of reach of children.
