This floating ER32 collet chuck holder is designed for CNC lathe tapping with M2-M30 taps. Its 20CrMrTi steel body and dual-direction floatapproximately 5 mm at the front and 6 mm at the rearhelp absorb lateral forces that can damage taps. The heat-treated extension shaft features a stated exterior tolerance of more than 0.08 mm and a vibration-dampening design for consistent tapping performance. Includes oxidation-prevention storage recommendations. Do not place the product in excessively harsh, humid, or high-temperature environments. Package includes: 1 x collet chuck holder.
