The hose is made of austenitic AISI 304L stainless steel. Connections are made of AISI 304L stainless steel and include a Klingerit gasket and a nickel-plated brass union nut. The Flexo-ExDrop stainless steel water connection is a highly flexible installation connector designed to save time and costs. Its construction and processing provide high pressure and temperature resistance. Flexo-ExDrop connections solve installation problems typical of rigid connections. For short sections, elbows, sleeves, or similar connecting elements are not required. This reduces the time needed to connect the device and requires less effort from the installer. The connection is easy to make and can reach up to 100% of its original length. This gives the installer a reliable length reserve, while the connection remains durable, dependable, and aesthetically pleasing. Due to its corrugated structure, Flexo-ExDrop can compensate for expansion caused by temperature fluctuations. It also absorbs installation vibrations caused by switching on automation or opening valves, which significantly helps maintain the tightness of the installation. Flexo-ExDrop connections undergo special heat treatment that increases their flexibility and corrosion resistance while reducing their degree of elasticity. As a result, they retain their shape permanently.
