Description

• Riveted joints are permanent connections and cannot be disassembled without destroying the rivets. A blind rivet consists of a mandrel with a head and a predetermined breaking point, plus the rivet body. The total thickness of the components being joined is called the grip length.
• For installation, the individual components to be joined must first be drilled through. A blind-rivet tool compresses and expands the rivet behind the hole. The mandrel then breaks at the predetermined breaking point, creating a permanent connection.
• Applications: Rivets are a proven fastening method and are ideally suited for joining flat components, especially sheet metal.
• Material: The rivets are made of high-quality A2 stainless steel (V2A). Stainless steel allows use in both damp rooms and outdoor areas. Premium professional quality.
• Quantity: 20 pieces; size: 3.2 x 6 mm; grip length/material thickness: 1.03.0 mm; flat-head blind rivets (Form A) according to DIN 7337 (ISO 15983). Important: Depending on availability, you may receive blind rivets with a grooved mandrel. This does not affect installation.
