Fischer DUOTEC nylon toggle anchor with M6 x 100 mm rod. Suitable for drywall panels; wood panels such as OSB, chipboard, MDF, and plywood; steel sheets; and plastic panels. The 12 mm hole diameter and short 46 mm toggle element enable easy installation in narrow, insulated cavities. The glass-fiber-reinforced, two-component toggle element and collar provide high tensile and shear loads. The flexible clamping mechanism allows metric screws to be inserted and removed multiple times. Easy pre-assembly: the sleeve positions the anchor without the screw. Fast installation with low visual impact due to the small sleeve. The lower millimeter-marked strip can be used as a hole probe. Multiple parallel fastening points with small center-to-center spacing are possible. Applications include cabinets, living room furniture, shelves, handrails, pictures, mirrors, lamps and ceiling lights, emergency lights, electrical conduits, pipe clamps, and smoke detectors. Fischer DUOTEC fasteners are suitable for non-through installations. Installation requires only a standard 12 mm drill bit for Fischer DUOTEC 12. The toggle element automatically rotates behind the panel for correct positioning. Suitable for walls insulated with mineral wool and for uninsulated cavities more than 50 mm deep. For Fischer DUOTEC 12, it is suitable for panels from 9.5 mm thick. The flexible stainless-steel clamping mechanism allows the use of M6 metric screws.
