Face-milled cast aluminum plate EN AW-5083 with protective film, 30 mm thick and 120 mm wide, cut to a length of 330 mm. The aluminum plate is sawn to your requested length. It offers excellent dimensional stability. Thanks to its extremely low residual stress, warping during and after machining is prevented. Rough milling, finish machining, and subsequent reworking are not required. Typical applications include reference plates, inspection tools, and fixtures. This plate is used where excellent dimensional stability is important. Technical data: - Flatness up to 15 mm thickness: 0.35 mm/m - Flatness from 20 mm thickness: 0.15 mm/m Note: If the plate is to be powder-coated, it must have a hole for hanging it in the coating system. This is technically required. You can use our configurator to add holes of your choice. If you order a powder-coated plate without holes, we will make a 23 mm diameter hole in one corner. For very large plates, two holes will be made in two corners so that the plate can be hung straight.
