EVVA 3KS plus High-Security Thumbturn Cylinder with 5 Keys, 41/K66 mm (c=107 mm), K=Thumbturn Side

Description

• Thumbturn cylinder with security card and maximum anti-pull and anti-drill protection (KZS)
• Maximum protection against unauthorized key duplication; suitable for complex master key systems
• Spring-free locking pin function for maximum picking protection and high wear resistance
• Flat control curves ensure high wear resistance and smooth operation
• SYMO modular design allows the cylinder length to be changed later

3KSplus (3-curve system) is characterized by its unique, patented spring-free operating principle. Unlike conventional locking systems, the locking elements in the 3KSplus cylinder are moved by the milled curves on the key rather than being pushed against spring force. Technical details: 12 unsprung, solid locking elements (locking pins) are moved into specific positions by the forced control of the key's 6 curves and checked by 2 pressure sliders. A sidebar in the cylinder core checks the key's transverse profile. During the locking process, the 3KSplus key is checked a total of 4 timesthree times more than in other systems. The spring-free locking pin function ensures maximum wear resistance and picking protection. This technology enables countless variation options for cylinder master key systems.
