The ENVIRON NANO solar pipe combines nanotechnology insulation with 1.4404 stainless steel corrugated pipe. It is designed for the professional connection of solar collectors, pellet boilers, wood gasification boilers, water-bearing fireplaces, and heat storage tanks. The pipe transfers thermal energy efficiently to water circuits in residential systems. The highly temperature-resistant Aspen aerogel nano-insulation is secured to the pipe with nylon threads and covered with a robust truck-tarpaulin film. Each corrugated pipe is wrapped in 5 mm Spaceloft aerogel, which provides substantially better insulation than conventional EPDM insulation; 5 mm of aerogel insulation corresponds to approximately 26 mm of EPDM insulation. Its compact dimensions allow installation beneath roof tiles or through confined areas. The pipe is highly flexible and easy to install. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature applications such as evacuated-tube collectors. Available nominal sizes include DN16, DN20, and DN25 with 5 mm nano-insulation. Lengths of up to 150 m are possible and can be cut to length specifically for you; custom-cut lengths cannot be returned. Material: stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L, V4A, Nirosta 4404). Applications include solar systems, collector lines, wood boilers, pellet boilers, district heating, and more. Rated pressure: 10 bar. The robust outer covering protects against mechanical stress and UV radiation. Installation requires no clamps, and the pipe is durably weather-resistant, bite-resistant, and peck-resistant. The 5 mm aerogel nano-insulation requires little installation space.
