The aluminum plate is sawn to your desired length. The plates are characterized by excellent dimensional stability. Thanks to extremely low residual stress, distortion during and after machining is prevented. Rough milling, finish machining, and subsequent rework are not required. Applications include reference plates, inspection tools, and fixtures. This plate is used wherever excellent dimensional stability is important. Pre-milling and subsequent rework are no longer necessary during machining. Technical data: - Aluminum plate made of DIN EN AW-5083 Al Mg4.5 Mn0.7 - Temper O/H111 and flatness of the original formats according to EN 485-1, 2, 3 - Plate has sharp edges and is not covered with protective film - Length tolerances: +/- 0.2 mm - Width tolerance: +/- 1 mm
