The aluminum plate is sawn to your specified length. The plates are characterized by excellent dimensional stability. Thanks to extremely low residual stress, distortion of the plates during and after machining is prevented. Rough milling, finish machining, and rework are not required. Applications include reference plates, inspection tools, and fixtures. This plate is used where excellent dimensional stability is important. Pre-milling and rework are no longer necessary during machining.
