Application: Mix and knead the flour and water thoroughly. As a reference, use a flour-to-water ratio of 1:0.45 in summer and 1:0.48 in winter. Shape the dough into a strip approximately as wide as the feed opening and about 0.4 in thick. Place the machine level on a table and turn it on. Coat both sides of the prepared dough strip with dry flour, then insert it into the feed opening. Fill the flour box with dry flour and wait for the wrappers to emerge. To change the mold, turn on the reverse switch, push the mold forward, turn off the switch, and remove the mold.
