30 edible cupcake decorations made from rice paper, approximately 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. Printed with edible ink on edible wafer paper, the toppers are supplied in strips inside a sealed plastic bag, ready for you to cut out and use. They have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in the bag they arrive in. No special skill is required to cut the cake toppersjust use clean, dry scissors. For best results, place the topper on frosting or melted chocolate; a light or white background works best to make the images stand out. Wait until the frosting or chocolate is almost dry, then attach the topper. Do not use water, as moisture can cause the toppers to wrinkle because they absorb water. To use, simply cut around the marked circle, or cut around the image if preferred. The toppers can also be stood upright for a different look. Place them on fairy cakes, cookies, chocolates, and more. They work best when applied directly to a swirl of buttercream on your cupcakes and can also be placed on white fondant or frosting. Please note that although the images are high quality, the rice paper is slightly transparent. The colors appear more vibrant when placed on white frosting. Images printed on wafer or rice paper are not as vivid or bright as those printed on standard paper.
