DxCRIMP Weather Pack Crimp Tool & Connector Set, 1–6 Pin, 0.34–2.5 mm, for Delphi/Aptiv

Description

• Professional 16-pin set: Waterproof connector set compatible with Delphi/Aptiv Weather Pack; includes nylon housings, terminals, seals, crimping tool, wire stripper, and terminal release tool.
• Weather-resistant sealing: Triple-ribbed, self-lubricating silicone seals and durable PA66 nylon housings help prevent moisture, dust, and harsh fluids from entering; cavity plugs seal unused positions.
• For 0.342.5 mm and up to 20 A: Tinned terminals enable secure solderless crimp connections for 0.342.5 mm (2212 AWG) cables. Flexible-pin design with dual locking tangs helps prevent terminals from backing out.
• Extreme durability: Designed for demanding environments, with nylon housings rated for temperatures from -40C to +125Csuitable for engine compartments and high-heat areas.
• Versatile applications: Suitable for reliable electrical connections in US cars, boats, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment, including wiring harness repairs, sensor connections, and exposed accessory wiring.

DXCRIMP Master Weather Pack Workstationthe professional solution for automotive electrical work and wiring harness modifications. Say goodbye to loose connections, voltage drops, and corrosion. The DXCRIMP Weather Pack range is designed for automotive technicians, off-road enthusiasts, and advanced DIY tuners. Developed for extremely harsh environments, this set provides OEM-quality performance and is compatible with OEM Delphi/Aptiv systems for professional wiring projects. Why choose DXCRIMP? The complete system includes more than individual components: it is a ready-to-use workstation with a precision crimping tool specifically matched to Weather Pack connectors, a wire stripper, and a specialized hollow-shaft terminal release tool. No more searching for the right tool. IP67 extreme weather resistance: The self-lubricating silicone seals form an effective barrier against water, mud, dust, and engine oil when used with the connectors. Suitable for Jeeps, ATVs, motorcycles, boats, and agricultural machinery. Vibration resistance: The integrated snap-lock design mechanically locks the housings and helps prevent accidental separation, even under severe vibrations during off-road use or directly on an engine block. Maximum flexibility with 16 pins: From simple sensor repairs, such as coolant sensors, to complete rewiring of a six-wire ignition module, the set provides the appropriate housing for a range of requirements. Technical specifications: Supported cable size: 2212 AWG (0.352.5 mm). Housing types: 1P, 2P, 3P, 4P, 5P, and 6P, with plugs and receptacles. Contact material: high-quality tinned copper for electrical conductivity and long-term protection against oxidation. Color-coded sealing system: gray for 2218 AWG, red for 1614 AWG, and blue for 1412 AWG. Green cavity plugs are included for unused positions. DXCRIMP professional crimping tip: For a professional, gas-tight connection, the crimping tool must secure the copper core in a W shape (core crimp) and enclose the silicone seal in an O shape (insulation crimp) in a single operation. Important: Always match the silicone seal color to the cable size and seal unused positions with the green cavity plugs. Otherwise, the IP67 protection rating cannot be ensured.
