Our black-coated steel cables for fitness equipment comply with DIN EN 12385-4 and are classified as rope class 7 19, consisting of 7 strands with 19 wires each. Manufactured with a high-quality black PA 12 nylon coating, the cable was specially designed for fitness equipment and pulleys. The robust, close-fitting 1 mm coating protects the steel cable inside and increases its durability. The cable can be used as a replacement cable for various lat pulldowns, cable machines, and strength stations with a cable tower in professional and home use. One end of the cable is crimped with a small eyelet terminal. The other end is crimped with an M10, M12, or M14 threaded stud for attachment to the weight stack. The cable also includes a ball stopper that serves as a stop buffer. High safety standard: The working load of the steel cables is specified using a 4:1 safety factor relative to the minimum breaking force and has been verified and tested using our own universal tensile-testing machines in Germany. Versatile applications: If the steel cable on your fitness equipment has broken or become worn, simply measure its diameter and length, and we will manufacture a suitable replacement cable for you within a short time.
