DR24 Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) is a custom-cut acrylic glass sheet made to industrial-quality standards. This highly transparent plastic glass is available in thicknesses of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 mm, with sizes selectable in 5 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. DR24 acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The sheets are ultra-transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. They are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. The plastic sheets can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Acrylic Glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process in which acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Key product details: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible and bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. Both sides are covered with an ultra-thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
