Description

• DQ-PP quality: High-quality galvanized industrial steel with a longer service life than conventional steel ropes.
• Construction: 6x19 strand, right-hand regular lay (RHRL), low hardness, high flexibility, high elongation, fiber core.
• Tensile strength: 1,770 MPa.
• Applications: Conveying and lifting systems, transportation, construction, engineering, winches, cranes, excavators, agriculture, forestry, fishing, and awning support.
• Working capacity is calculated by dividing the breaking force by the safety factor prescribed for the intended use.
• Set includes 50 m of 8 mm wire rope and 4 galvanized 8 mm U-bolt rope clamps.
• Additional DQ-PP accessories include thimbles, turnbuckles, snap hooks, shackles, hooks, and other wire rope variations.

DQ-PP wire ropes are available in various diameters and constructions, making it easier to select a suitable model. Available diameters include 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16 mm. The galvanized steel wire ropes comply with the DIN European standard EN 12385-4 and are available in rope classes 1x7, 1x19, 6x7, 6x19, and 6x37, meaning 1 or 6 strands with 7, 19, or 37 wires each. A higher number of individual wires provides greater flexibility and increased stability. The included U-bolt rope clamps are made of galvanized C15 steel and comply with DIN 741. They are used to secure a rope loop or connect two ropes.
