This manual citrus cutter makes mise en place at your bar easier. Remove the top part of the cutter and place a whole lemon or lime in the designated recess. Put the top part back on the cutter and press it down evenly. Once the movable part has reached the bottom, remove the citrus wedges through the opening at the top. The small catch basin helps prevent your bar from becoming sticky. Any lemon or lime juice that escapes is collected and can simply be poured out after cutting. Before cutting, remove the ends of your citrus fruits for optimal results and to avoid crushing the fruit. The cutter is made of black plastic. The blades are made of metal and are easy to clean. After use, rinse both parts under running water and use additional dish soap at the end of the day. Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended.
