DILITE aluminum composite panels consist of a polyethylene core covered with two 0.2 mm aluminum cover sheets. Their very flat surface and high stability make them suitable for digital printing and screen printing. A key feature is their low weight combined with comparatively high stability. The panels are temperature-resistant from -50C to +80C. The aluminum cover sheet has a baked-on coating in the selected color, made with polyester paint. Using routed-edge techniques, the panel can be formed three-dimensionally while remaining stable and highly flexible. Applications include indoor and outdoor advertising signs, direct digital printing, screen printing, photo printing, interior design, shopfitting, store design, furniture construction, partitions, and displays. The panels are lightweight, easy to process, and have a smooth surface with protective film on both sides. Custom sizes are available; please contact the seller for details.
