• 100% quality: One-sided self-adhesive SBR rubber strip, hardness 65 Shore A, weather-resistant and suitable for universal use.
• Temperature-resistant from -30 to 80C; solid rubber, tear-resistant, with a non-slip surface.

• For bonding, the substrate must be suitable, dry and free of dust and grease. Remove the protective film.
• Warming the substrate and adhesive, for example with a hot-air gun, makes application easier and improves adhesion.

diconfa SBR rubber strip with a smooth top surface and a self-adhesive underside. Color: black. Weight: approx. 1.5 kg per millimeter of thickness and square meter (4.5 kg per meter at a thickness of 3 mm). Thickness tolerance is +/- 10%, but at least +/- 0.2 mm; length and width tolerance is 1.5%. The strips can be cut to size with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, a template or guide rail is recommended. The surface must be suitable for bonding; please check this in advance. The substrate must be dry and free of dust and grease. When bonding around curves, use a low material thickness (recommended: 0.5 to 2 mm). Rubber has the typical rubber odor, which may be familiar from new car tires; this will dissipate over time. For indoor use, extended airing outdoors is the only way to reduce the odor. The SBR rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without high requirements for resistance to media, temperature or similar conditions. The adhesive can generally be removed from the substrate after a short time and is fully cured after approximately 24 hours.
