diconfa EPDM cellular rubber foam, similar to sponge rubber, approx. DIN A4 size: 200 300 mm (20 30 cm), with one-sided self-adhesive backing and mesh reinforcement. The material thickness can be selected from 1 to 50 mm, and the quantity from 1 to 200 pieces. Technical documentation can be requested from us after purchase. Technical data: temperature resistance from -40C to +100C; density 140 kg/m (25 kg/m); adhesive strength approx. 20 N/25 mm. The closed-cell material is 100% waterproof, weather-resistant, UV-stable, aging- and weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant, solvent-free, and highly compatible with other materials. It compensates for uneven surfaces while providing high recovery force and flexibility, and is designed for reliable sealing indoors and outdoors. The foam can be used industrially, commercially, or privately, for example as a replacement seal. It can be easily cut with scissors or a knife; the use of rails and templates is recommended. Before bonding, remove the protective liner. The surface must be dry and free of dust and grease.
