diconfa SBR rubber strip, fiber-reinforced with polyester fabric inserts. Robust, resistant and durable. Both surfaces are smooth, and the color is black. Weight: approximately 1.5 kg per millimeter of thickness and square meter; approximately 4.5 kg per square meter at a thickness of 3 mm. Tolerances: thickness 10%, but at least 0.2 mm; width 1.5%; length +2%. The strips can be cut to size with a sharp utility knife; a template or guide rail is recommended for straight cuts. The material can be bonded to nearly all surfaces with a suitable adhesive. Ensure that the surface is clean. Rubber has the typical odor associated with new car tires, which will dissipate over time. For indoor use, airing the material outdoors for an extended period may help; lay it flat in a frost-free area protected from sunlight. If you are sensitive to odors, EPDM is also recommended for indoor applications because its odor is significantly reduced. The SBR rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without high requirements for resistance to media, temperature or similar factors.
