Description

• MATERIAL: Dark gray PVC plastic rod, approximately RAL 7011.
• PROCESSING: Suitable for turning, milling, sawing, welding, and drilling; cooling recommended.

• PROPERTIES: Very good chemical resistance; easy to weld, bond, print, and paint; weather-resistant; self-extinguishing; flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
• SCOPE OF DELIVERY: Dark gray PVC round rod, 25 mm diameter and 140 mm length (0.14 m / 14 cm). Dimensions can be slightly modified.
• TOLERANCE: Diameter supplied with a positive tolerance of at least +0.2 mm.

diconfa PVC plastic round rod in dark gray, approximately RAL 7011, manufactured to size. Available lengths range from 50 mm (5 cm / 0.05 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm / 1 m), with diameters from 3 mm to 100 mm. The material has normal impact strength, good chemical resistance, and weather resistance. It can be readily machined by turning, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include machine, plant, and apparatus engineering; air conditioning and ventilation technology; lining and composite construction; structural engineering; logistics and warehouse technology; trade fair construction; window and door installation; drywall; furniture making; carpentry; and replacement parts. Private applications include model making, home and garden projects, repairs and maintenance, window repair, welding, door installation, raising furniture or supports, furniture making, spacers, buffers, and stops. This is high-quality industrial-grade material and is generally manufactured with a positive diameter tolerance. Sawing tolerance is +/-3 mm. The material may show storage marks.
