Description

• Material: Red rigid PVC sheet; pore-free, smooth surface.
• Selected size: 700 mm wide x 1,000 mm long x 5 mm thick.
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Can be sanded, milled, sawn, welded, drilled, printed, painted, and bonded; cooling is recommended during machining.
• Very good chemical resistance, very good weldability, and excellent bondability.
• Light- and weather-resistant, self-extinguishing, and difficult to ignite according to DIN 4102 B1.
• Applications include industry, skilled trades, window and door installation, wall and facade elements, furniture, model making, trade-fair construction, machine and plant engineering, handrails, stair construction, and food technology.

diconfa rigid PVC sheet, custom-made in red. Lengths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 2,000 mm (200 cm, 2 m) and widths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm, 1 m) can be selected. Thicknesses from 1 mm to 100 mm are available. The solid rigid PVC sheet has normal impact strength, good chemical resistance, is resistant, UV-stable, weather-resistant, and weatherproof. It can be machined well by sawing, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Suitable for commercial applications including machine, plant, and apparatus engineering; air conditioning and ventilation technology; lining and composite construction; structural engineering; logistics and storage technology; trade-fair construction; window and door installation; drywall; furniture making; carpentry; and replacement parts. Suitable for private applications including model making, home and garden projects, repairs and maintenance, window repairs, welding, door installation, raising furniture or supports, furniture making, spacers, buffers, and stops.
