Dust collection hose made in Germany and cut to size. This 0.4 mm wall-thickness hose is made of transparent TPU/polyether polyurethane and is suitable for extracting a variety of media. It is heat- and cold-resistant from -40C to +100C, briefly up to 120C, flame-retardant according to DIN 4102/B1, permanently antistatic (R < 10^9 ohms), hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant, highly flexible, and resistant to oil and gasoline. It is suitable for the pneumatic transport of combustible dusts in Zones 20, 21, and 22, in accordance with TRBS 2153/TRGS 727. When the spiral is grounded, it is conductive according to BGI 739-2 and complies with DIN 26057-1, the German Wood Industry Association safety specification. The construction consists of transparent TPU/polyether polyurethane with uncoated, copper-plated steel spring wire. Applications include wood-dust systems, dust extraction, and the extraction of fumes, air, and exhaust from machines and equipment such as saws, drills, and milling machines. It can extract static abrasion and solids such as dust, wood dust, wood chips, sawdust, powders, and fibers, as well as gaseous media including air, chemical fumes, paint fumes, paint mist, oil and gasoline vapors, and adhesive fumes. Suitable systems include filter units, dust extraction systems, extraction arms, dedusting systems, workplace or workbench fume extraction arms, and ventilation systems. It can also be used as a ventilation or blower hose in animal housing, motorhomes, caravans, cowsheds, horse stables, and pigsties.
