Description

• MATERIAL: Light gray rigid PVC sheet with a hard, satin-matte finish and smooth, non-porous surface.
• PROCESSING: Suitable for sanding, milling, sawing, welding, and drilling; cooling is recommended. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• PROPERTIES: Very good chemical resistance; very suitable for welding; excellent for bonding, printing, and painting; light- and weather-resistant; self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
• SCOPE OF DELIVERY: Solid rigid PVC sheet, 200 mm (20 cm) wide 100 mm (10 cm) long 8 mm thick. Size can be adjusted via Size and Material.
• APPLICATIONS: Industry, trades, window and door installation, wall and facade elements, furniture, model making, trade fair construction, machine and plant engineering, handrails, stair construction, food technology, and more.

Available lengths range from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 2,000 mm (200 cm, 2 m), widths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm, 1 m), and thicknesses from 2 mm to 30 mm. The solid rigid PVC sheet has normal impact resistance, good chemical resistance, is durable, UV-stabilized, weather-resistant, and weatherproof. It can be machined well by sawing, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include machine, plant, and apparatus engineering; HVAC technology; lining and composite construction; structural engineering; logistics and storage technology; trade fair construction; window and door installation; drywall; furniture construction; carpentry; and replacement parts.
