The diconfa NBR fine-ribbed rubber mat is oil- and gasoline-resistant, robust, durable, and designed for high loads. It is suitable for work and storage areas that come into contact, or may come into contact, with oil, gasoline, or other fuels. Applications include garages, automotive workshops, workbenches, automotive service areas, bases for cars, motorcycles, and trucks, workshop carts, and work surfaces. The top has a ribbed pattern, while the underside features an anti-slip surface with a fabric pattern. Weight: approx. 3.5 kg/m. Processing and cutting tolerances are 1.5% for length and width. The mat can be cut to size with a sharp utility knife; for precise cuts, using a template or guide rail is recommended. It can be bonded to nearly all surfaces with a suitable adhesive; the substrate must be clean. When unpacked, the fine-ribbed mat may have a new-rubber smell, which usually dissipates quickly. Brief airing may be necessary. Air the mat outdoors, laid flat, frost-free, and protected from sunlight. Odors are perceived differently by different people. Mats wider than 1,550 mm may require considerably longer airing and may have a more intense rubber smell. Technical specifications: temperature resistance from -30C to 70C; hardness 65 Shore A +/- 5 Shore; tensile strength 3.5 MPa; elongation at break 250%.
