• PROCESSING: Suitable for sanding, milling, sawing, welding, and drilling; cooling is recommended.

• PROPERTIES: Very good chemical resistance; easy to weld, bond, print, and paint; light- and weather-resistant; self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.

Lengths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 2,000 mm (200 cm, 2 m), widths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm, 1 m), and thicknesses from 1 mm to 100 mm are available. The solid rigid PVC sheet offers moderate impact resistance, good chemical resistance, durability, UV stability, and weather resistance. It can be machined effectively by sawing, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include machine, plant, and apparatus engineering; HVAC systems; lining and composite construction; structural engineering; logistics and storage technology; trade fair construction; window and door installation; drywall; furniture making; carpentry; and replacement parts.
