Description

• Material: Hard dark gray PVC sheet; suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Processing: Can be sanded, milled, sawn, welded, drilled, glued, printed, and painted; cooling is recommended during machining.
• Properties: Very good chemical resistance, light- and weather-resistant, self-extinguishing, and flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
• Included: Solid hard PVC sheet, 500 500 mm (50 50 cm), 1 mm thick; size can be adjusted via the Size and Material options.
• Applications: Industry, trades, window and door installation, wall and facade elements, furniture, model making, trade show construction, machinery and plant engineering, handrails, stair construction, and food technology.

The solid hard PVC sheet is impact-resistant, chemically resistant, durable, UV-stabilized, weather-resistant, and weatherproof. It can be readily machined by sawing, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include machinery, plant and apparatus engineering, HVAC, lining and composite construction, structural engineering, logistics and storage technology, trade show construction, window and door installation, drywall, furniture manufacturing, carpentry, and replacement parts. Private applications include model making, home and garden projects, repairs and maintenance, window repairs, welding, door installation, raising furniture or supports, furniture making, spacers, bumpers, and stops.
