Available lengths range from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 2,000 mm (200 cm, 2 m), widths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm, 1 m), and thicknesses from 1 mm to 100 mm. The solid hard PVC sheet is normally impact-resistant, has good chemical resistance, is durable, UV-stabilized, weather-resistant, and weatherproof. It can be machined well, including sawing, milling, and drilling; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include mechanical, plant, and apparatus engineering; air conditioning and ventilation technology; lining and composite construction; structural engineering; logistics and storage technology; trade show construction; window and door installation; drywall construction; furniture making; carpentry; and replacement parts.
