Available lengths range from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 2,000 mm (200 cm, 2 m), widths from 100 mm (10 cm, 0.1 m) to 1,000 mm (100 cm, 1 m), and thicknesses from 1 mm to 100 mm. The rigid solid PVC sheet is normally impact-resistant, offers good chemical resistance, is durable, UV-stabilized, weather-resistant, and weatherproof. It can be readily machined by sawing, milling, drilling, and similar processes; cooling is recommended. Commercial applications include machinery, plant and apparatus engineering, HVAC systems, lining and composite construction, structural engineering, logistics and storage technology, trade show construction, window and door installation, drywall, furniture construction, carpentry, and replacement parts.
