diconfa acrylic tube made of transparent, crystal-clear polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with very high light transmission. Outer diameters from 5 to 500 mm are available. Enter the required length from 100 to 2000 mm using the Customize Now button. Length tolerance is 1 mm up to 30 mm diameter, 2 mm up to 100 mm diameter, and 3 mm up to 500 mm diameter. The cut tube is saw-cut and deburred, with a length tolerance of -0/+5 mm. Temperature resistance: -20C to +80C. The raw material is protected by protective film from 30 mm diameter. It can be drilled, sawn, milled, and bonded. Adequate cooling is required at high cutting speeds because overheating caused by friction can make the acrylic begin to smear. At approximately 150C to 170C, the material becomes rubber-elastic and can be used for bending, stretching, flaring, or blow molding. Select the desired outer and inner diameter under Material and the required length under Size. Suitable applications include lighting, LED technology, model making, trade fair construction, furniture manufacturing, decorative objects, and aquariums.
