Black polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic sheet with a density of approximately 1.41 g/cm. Dimensions and material thickness can be selected. Temperature range: 50 to +110 C. Physiologically safe and suitable for food contact, with high mechanical strength and hardness, very high dimensional stability and recovery, and high impact toughness even at low temperatures. It offers good sliding and wear properties, excellent machinability, and good electrical insulation properties. Suitable for mechanical engineering, the food industry, skilled trades, commercial applications, safety technology, and medical technology, as well as machine parts, sanitary applications, installation, construction and assembly, drywall, turned and milled parts, pumps, valve bodies, electrical insulators, home and garden applications, and climate and ventilation technology. The material may have slight manufacturing-related scratches. The product is supplied deburred; necessary safety equipment must still be used during handling. Drilling, milling, turning, and sawing with cooling are recommended for further processing.
