Black polyoxymethylene (POM) round rod with a density of approximately 1.41 g/cm. Diameter and length can be selected. Temperature range: -50 to +110 C. Physiologically safe and suitable for food contact. Food-grade, with high mechanical strength and hardness, very high dimensional stability and recovery, and high impact strength even at low temperatures. It offers good sliding properties and wear resistance, excellent machinability, and good electrical insulation properties. Suitable for mechanical engineering, the food industry, skilled trades, commercial applications, safety technology, and medical technology. The material may have slight manufacturing-related scratches. The product is supplied deburred; necessary safety equipment should still be used during handling. For further processing, drilling, milling, turning, and sawing with cooling are recommended.
