The diconfa 3 mm flat-stud mat is made of solid SBR rubber and is robust, durable and designed for high loads. It has a studded surface and an anti-slip underside with a fabric pattern. The mat is weather-resistant, UV- and light-resistant, lies flat and is easy to clean. It is suitable for use in construction, industry, logistics, commercial settings and private areas, with outdoor use recommended. Typical applications include trailers, garages, camping, greenhouses, stalls, workshops, workbenches, work areas, boats, shelf liners, vehicle floor mats, rubber flooring, machines, equipment and cable mats. Enter the width range under Size and the length range under Material, then select Customize now to enter the desired dimensions in centimeters and place the order. The thickness tolerance is 0.3 mm; for widths from 1.55 m, the tolerance is +0.2/+0.5 mm. Length and width tolerance is 1.5%. The rubber mat can be cut with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, a template or guide rail is recommended to prevent damage. The mat can be bonded to almost any surface using a suitable adhesive; the substrate must be clean. Rubber has the typical odor of rubber, similar to that of new car tires, which dissipates over time. For indoor use, airing the mat outdoors while laid flat, protected from sunlight and frost, may help reduce the odor. Use in living areas is therefore not recommended. A sample approximately DIN A5 in size is available if you are unsure which mat is suitable. For questions about the product or intended use, customer service can be contacted by phone or email.
