The cross-cut tester kit is designed for precise adhesion testing on various substrates, providing results based on standardized blade selection. It includes five blade configurations: 1 mm pitch with 6 teeth, 1 mm pitch with 11 teeth, 1.5 mm pitch with 11 teeth, 2 mm pitch with 6 teeth, and 3 mm pitch with 6 teeth. Select blades according to substrate hardness and coating thickness: 1 mm for hard substrates (060 m), 2 mm for soft substrates, and 3 mm for substrates in the 121250 m range. The set weighs 1.2 kg and has package dimensions of 290 230 108 mm. Each package contains one complete cross-cut tester kit.
