Description
- 72-character PVC card embosser: Manual embosser with a daisy-wheel dial featuring 72 coded characters, including 26 English uppercase letters, 20 Arabic numerals (uppercase and lowercase), 8 small symbols, 17 large symbols, and 1 modification symbol.
- Adjustable spacing and depth: Choose between 1/7-inch spacing for large characters and 1/10-inch spacing for small characters. Adjust embossing depth with the bottom screwclockwise for deeper and counterclockwise for shallower characters.
- Suitable card size: Insert a standard PVC card measuring 85.5 x 55 mm, select the desired character, and press the lever for clear embossing. Supports embossing up to 12 lines of text.
- Practical operating tip: To create additional spacing, partially bend the handle without pressing it. The card slot then automatically moves to the next position. Embossing depth is factory preset to approximately 0.5 mm and can be fine-tuned according to the instructions.
- Versatile applications: Designed to create raised letters and numbers on PVC cards, suitable for bank cards, membership cards, VIP cards, gift cards, and other personalized cards.
