This wind-solar hybrid streetlight controller is designed for small off-grid systems in which wind generators and solar panels charge batteries. It features an MPPT boost charging function for the wind generator. The LCD provides expanded information, a clear display interface, and button controls for operation and configuration. Some parameters can be adjusted by the user.

Dual power supply: battery or solar power.

Selectable operating modes: pure light-control mode, normal open mode, and light-control timer mode with four morning-light periods.
