This beautiful, handcrafted natural jute rug is woven by our artisans in rural Indian villages near Jaipur using natural jute fibers. The rug is made through a fully handwoven process with natural jute yarns, described as environmentally friendly. Jute is the second most common plant fiber after cotton. The production process is entirely handcrafted, beginning with the cultivation of natural jute fibers and continuing through the hand-braiding of jute yarns.
