• Size: 200 x 1000 mm (20 x 100 cm)
• Circular-saw cut with sharp edges; please ensure the dimensions are specified correctly. Conversion: 10 mm = 1 cm
• Millimeter-precise cutting available upon request: order the next larger size in the desired quantity and provide your preferred dimensions after completing the order via Contact seller. Minimum cut width: 50 mm. Multiple cuts are not included in the calculation.
• Both sides face-milled and covered with protective film; thickness tolerance: 0.1 mm
• Tensile strength: approx. 250 N/mm; stress-relieved and very easy to machine

Aluminum precision cast plate, face-milled on both sides, 5.0 mm thick, and covered with protective film on both sides to prevent scratches. Thickness tolerance: 0.1 mm; flatness: 0.4 mm/m. Material: cast AlMg4.5Mn (ACP 5080 or EN AW-5083). Very easy to machine, polishable, dimensionally stable, stress-relieved, and corrosion-resistant. Suitable for welding (TIG, MIG with S AL 5183), anodizing (not for decorative purposes), and electrical discharge machining. Tensile strength: approx. 250 N/mm. Applications include mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, and construction. CAUTION: Sharp cut edges. Please take appropriate protective measures.
