This durable fermenter features the convenience of a conical bottom and is designed for an average 2325 liter batch. The vessels are stackable, allowing two units to be placed securely on top of each other. It has a capacity of 3032 liters, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and includes a stainless steel lid with a silicone seal and a 15 mm opening for an airlock. The matte stainless steel vessel has a conical bottom, three adjustable feet, two sturdy stainless steel handles, a 040C thermometer, a filling valve with rotating racking arm, a cone-mounted drain outlet with a 3/4-inch stainless steel tap, and internal volume markings.
