Description

• Corrosion-resistant and durable: CW507L brass provides excellent protection against rust, ideal for indoor and outdoor use.
• Easy to shape: Its good ductility allows the mesh to be readily processed by rolling, drawing, or forging.
• Versatile applications: Ideal for construction, landscaping, ventilation protection, and many other uses.
• Optimal balance: Excellent combination of mechanical strength and formabilitystable and flexible at the same time.
• High quality at a fair price: High-quality brass mesh in various mesh sizes and wire thicknesses available immediately.

Brass mesh, also known as CW507L, is an alloy valued for its wide range of applications in various industries. This alloy consists primarily of copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn), with the zinc content normally between 34% and 36%. The result is a material with excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and good processing properties. CW507L is frequently used to manufacture mesh for use in various environments. Due to its composition, it offers an optimal balance between hardness and ductility, making it ideal for applications that require both strength and formability. Because of its good formability, CW507L is easy to process. It can be shaped as required using various methods such as rolling, drawing, and forging. This enables the production of mesh with different mesh sizes and wire diameters to meet the specific requirements of various applications. The corrosion resistance of CW507L makes it particularly suitable for outdoor applications or humid environments. Mesh made from this alloy is used in construction, landscaping, and as protective mesh for ventilation openings. Brass mesh has the following characteristics: excellent corrosion resistance; good mechanical strength; good processing properties; good ductility.
